How we started and why we care

We didn’t come from one side of the healthcare table — we came from all of them. Our leadership team has sat in nearly every seat in the industry: carriers, cost containment firms, TPAs, brokers, tech developers, and even NASA. We’ve seen what works. More importantly, we’ve seen what doesn’t. Each of us arrived at the same conclusion: the system is broken — not because it’s complicated, but because it’s corrupted by misaligned incentives, opaque pricing, and decisions made without the member in mind.
